This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not collected when you play Petal Sprint on Android, and how to reach us with questions.
Petal Sprint is published by Bryce Grill LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Petal Sprint is a casual snake game for Android. In this policy, "the game" means the Petal Sprint app, and "the website" means the website that hosts the game and our Contact and Privacy Policy pages.
This policy applies to the game and the website. It does not apply to third-party services such as Google Play, which have their own privacy policies. By installing or playing the game, you acknowledge the practices described here.
We designed the game to work without collecting personal information. In summary:
| Category | Collected by us? | Details |

| Name, email, phone, or address | No | The game never asks for them. We only receive your email address if you choose to write to us. |
| Account or login data | No | There are no accounts. |
| Precise or approximate location | No | The game does not request location access. |
| Photos, videos, audio, files, contacts | No | The game does not request access to them. |
| Payment information | No | There are no real-money purchases. |
| Advertising ID | No | The game has no advertising. |
| Game progress and settings | Stored on your device only | See Section 4. This data is not sent to us. |
| Standard server request data | Possibly, by our web host | See Section 5. |
To remember your progress, the game saves a small amount of information in the local storage of the app on your device. This may include:
This information stays on your device. We do not receive a copy of it, and we cannot view, recover, or restore it. It is not linked to your name or identity. You can remove it at any time by using the reset option on the Guide page, clearing the app's storage in your Android settings, or uninstalling the game.
The game uses your device's date to provide the Daily Bloom challenge. The date is used only on your device.
The game is delivered to your device from our website. As with almost every website and web-based app, when your device requests the game files or visits our pages, our hosting provider's servers may automatically record standard technical information, such as:
This information is used to deliver the content, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical problems. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to identify individual players. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period under their own practices, usually for security and operational purposes.
Our website may also use cookies or similar technology that are strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies.
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message, such as your device model, Android version, and screenshots. We use this only to respond to you, to investigate problems, and to improve the game. Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details.
Locally stored game data is used only by the game on your device to save your progress and settings.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose limited information only in these situations:
The game is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information when you download, update, or review the app, in line with Google's own privacy policy. We do not control that collection.
If you open a page operated by someone else, their privacy practices apply and we are not responsible for them.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game does not contain accounts, chat, ads, social features, or real-money purchases, and it does not ask players for personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, such as by email, please contact us and we will delete it.
Because we do not hold your game data, there is nothing on our side to delete for your progress. To delete your emails to us, write to the address in Section 17.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect our website and support mailbox, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for our website. Locally stored game data is protected by your device's own security features, such as your screen lock and Android's app sandbox. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information we hold about you, such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your information, and the right to data portability. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by those laws, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights.
To make a request, email us at the address in Section 17 and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we aim to respond within 30 days. Because we do not store your game progress on our servers, you control that data directly through your device settings.
Where we process information based on legal grounds, they are our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, your consent when you contact us, and compliance with legal obligations.
We are based in the United States, and our website and email services may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. By using the game and contacting us, you understand that limited technical information, such as server logs, may be processed in these locations.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or if laws change. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, such as introducing data collection that is not described here, we will provide a more prominent notice where required by law. Please review this page periodically.
